Pet Policy

All pets require a $300 non-refundable pet fee for the first pet and $150 for the second.  
Limit of 2 cats per apartment or 1 cat limit  if combined with a dog.

There is a  $20 monthly pet rent required per pet.

Dogs-must be under 25 lbs and non-aggressive. Puppies under 1 year of age not permitted. Limit of one dog per apartment.

Cats- must be neutered. There is an additional deposit for cats with claws.

Security Deposit and Application Fee

Application Fee- $50 (per rental)
Standard Security Deposit- $200
